Apply about 20lbs of vac to the throttle opener keep vac applied through the whole procedure. Use a feeler gauge to adjust the throttle stop screw until there is a gap bewteen the screw and the throttle of .02-.025 in. Now, when the throttle is closed the resistance reading is very low. When it is open the reading is high. Use a multimeter to monitor the reading while you move the throttle sensor through its entire range of motoin. Mark the point where it is at its lowest reading and begins to change. Then mark the point where it stops changing and reaches its max. Those will be your closed and open throttle settings. If it has one make sure the idle air controller is working, and the throttle opener is working
